It is unacceptable for a house like this not to have someone responsible for updating the establishment's information as I moved there today from Leiria and to my surprise it is closed having been informed by Google Maps that it would be open, regrettable.
The food is plenty and well prepared. One dose is enough for two or three. It doesn't accept appointments and so there's a long queue on a narrow sidewalk outside the door.
If you are thinking about going to eat at Panças, you better come hungry. Very well filled doses, efficient, friendly and fast service. It's a modest restaurant where you can eat very well for a relatively affordable price. However, there are three negative points: the environment, the queues and the limited parking outside. One of its emblematic dishes is roast ham.
