Terrible service and service!! One lunch time I went to try this disastrous restaurant. I sat down at around 1:05 pm, chose, ordered and at 1:40 pm the food still hadn't arrived. My husband raised his arm twice and was ignored. He got up and went to the counter where he was told it would take another 10 minutes. In other words, to make 2 bites, 4 people in the kitchen would take 50 minutes!! I informed him that we would then leave as I wouldn't have time to eat on time and return to work on time. After all this lack of consideration for the customer, they still had the courage to charge for the two drinks that were almost intact in the glasses! Shameful. With this almost zero customer service, I will certainly never go back there again.

The most expensive place I've eaten in any country I've visited in Europe. We paid €88 for horrible food. We ordered a picanha dish where we were served some dry, hard steak that looked like a slipper. We asked for a change and the guy brought a whole portion which he said was another, better picanha but it was the same steak as the dish cut into strips. I ate the most expensive and greasiest pastry of my life, which cost €22. The menu didn't have a detailed price, just sizes and when the bill came we were shocked. When we went to complain they were mocked, especially the manager claiming that the picanha that was served was Portuguese and therefore not good. In short, we practically threw €88 away. In Lisbon has much better places, with 10% service and decent prices with quality food and service. Because let's face it, charging gourmet bar prices in a half-assed neighborhood means thinking people look like clowns.

Prices are insane. I have eaten Pastel de Vento in many places around Lisbon and never saw such high prices. 14€ (!!)for a small one with only 1 ingredient (cheese) and 28€(!!!) for a bigger one with 3 ingredients (cheese, chicken, catupiry). We even asked the waiter what sizes would be appropriate but there was no mention of it costing a fortune. Also, the bigger one opened up while being fried, instead of making a new one they just closed it again (even told us) resulting in a super greasy filling. The menu is confusing AND expensive, feels a bit on purpose.

Expensive pastry for what it offers, the experience does not make up for the high price charged for the product. We ordered pastries and besides being small, one came with a patch because according to the attendant it broke while frying.
I won't come back I don't recommend I advise you not to go.

Group of 16. “Soft” employees. We had to go to the counter to place our orders. Order pastries, mukeka, hamburgers. They bring the pastries and only then start preparing the hot dishes ?. Hamburger for children, last dish to be served after waiting 45 minutes. Terrible. We ordered white wine… they only had one bottle, fresh. In summer!!! When we asked for the 2nd bottle they said they would put it in the cold. Daaaaaa… We ordered frapé. The ice is gone. ???. Imperial... if you want it quickly, get up and go get it at the counter. TERRIBLE.
