Yesterday at around 7pm I went to this restaurant and it was the first and last time, 0 service and respect for the customer, my steak came almost raw.The employee didn't even bother to ask if it was well or rare and while she was serving, she didn't look at us.Not to mention the egg that looked like plastic.And after we asked about the drinks, another employee replied that we had to go to another kiosk to buy them, as soon as I sat down at the table the two started talking to each other.I think it's a lack of respect and professionalism.I should have asked for the complaints book.I don't recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Employee got my order wrong, I paid €9.50 for a burger and in the end I didn't get half of what was proposed. When I returned to the counter to question, I was surprised by their lack of professionalism again. He just apologized for the mistake and even said he knew the snack had been prepared wrong.?When I returned to my table, in front of the counter/kiosk, I noticed that the two employees were talking and laughing about what had happened. Sadly, I felt doubly disrespected.It's not enough to have food!! A restaurant is built above all on respect for the customer. If they do not have qualified labor, they should rethink the activity. I do not recommend!!!
So disappointed at €9,5 for a steak sandwich the size of a dinner roll, we ordered two, one of the steaks had so much gristle that was half the sandwich inedible. That's not showcasing Portuguese cuisine, culture nor generosity Portugal is renowned for... I call Tourist Trap - such a shame.
