My favorite restaurant in Lisbon! Every time that I visit the city, it is a must have. Traditional Portuguese food and several vegetarian options. The waiters are always very kind and available to accommodate every requests. Highly recommended!!

The owner was able to accommodate us with a last minute reservation. We had two hours for our meal (due to an upcoming reservation) and we never felt rushed by staff. Delicious food, attentive staff, and very a fun meal. Tuna was the highlight.

Just... WOW! I came to Petiscaria Ideal on a work dinner, and I urged to come back again on my own a few days later. Portuguese food with a Twist, good wines, lots of vegetarian options. The Tuna with sweet potatoes is a must, I also recommend the shrimps, better served with plenty of bread to enjoy the delicious sauce! It is possible to book with The Fork.

We arrived when the restaurant was about to close but they were extremely nice to let us in. Food was absolutely amazing, the shrimp with the sauce was the best we had in Portugal. Miguel’s service was incredible. We definitely recommend Petiscaria Ideal.

A gem of a find. Excellent tapas and great selection of beer and wine. The staff is very friendly and this is our go to every time we are in Lisbon. A bit cramped inside, but it is so worth it!
