Poorly managed restaurant that, since it doesn't pay its employees, uses inedible seafood.
Needs intervention from the asae
The location and environment are much improved compared to the old store. It's a good place to go.

quiet disappointed about operation period, It took me around 1 hour to be there and wait for another one hour outside the restaurant but in the end we found it is not open on Monday.

Stumbled across this place while hungry and had the veggie pho and veggie samosas. Simple but so delicious and hit the spot. Staff were sweet and we had good service even though they were closing soon and there was a language barrier.
Online says it’s open paid Uber to get there , when arrive restaurant is closed

More of a comedy sketch than a restaurant. After forty minutes the first dish arrived stone cold. The other was served with potatoes instead of rice, swimming in butter. We were told there was no rice, so asked for chips. After another 20 minutes the exact same plate returned, with the same potatoes, the butter now solidified, and the octopus had the texture and flavour of a skidded car tyre.
Avoid!

Very weak. Completely watery broth, without much flavor, the quality of the meat left a lot to be desired and the staff's dislike went beyond all limits! I have never been treated so badly in Portugal.
I've never tried pho, the broth is thin but super tasty, the added spice is euphoric. I will come back again.

Was excited to try Pho in Lisbon but this place unfortunately let me down. Small portions (especially spring rolls) and the meatballs felt a bit undercooked.

The food was fresh and very tasty! We had some communication issues as the owner did not speak english but with pointing and gesturing everything can be solved. The street in which the restaurant is located can be intimidating but the atmosphere in restaurant is very homely!

A new seafood restaurant, all the food is amazing, even the fruit is full of surprises.
The worst restaurant of my life.
The waiting time went from 1 hour to then being informed that the kitchen would close due to lack of ingredients to prepare our dishes.
They didn't have Couvert and another series of dishes on the menu such as Oysters, and I saw them in the fish and seafood display.
In addition to us, several customers left unsatisfied even before receiving their dishes.
AN EXPERIENCE NOT TO REPEAT!!!
The worst restaurant I've ever been to! I waited for an hour for food, after an hour of waiting they told me that they didn't have enough ingredients to make the dishes we had ordered.
Rating 1 because you can't give it a zero.
