The food is outstanding. Considered, excellently executed, intelligent cooking. Staff are informative and friendly. Produce is unquestionably excellent.
However, it is achingly slow. This is a small plates restaurant. Plates are not coordinated, and the wait between them is agonising. You may look at 20 minutes between bites. If you have four of these between two of.you, budget and hour and a half at a minimum. Staff are friendly and inviting when present, attempting to be attendant, but likewise, it is simply too slow. Wine glasses sit empty. Patrons are on their phones. I wrote this in the same frame of mind. This is a restaurant with the potential to be truly world class, but it is simply too slow. Not in a french, lazy lunch kind of way. In a "we lack the staff and the hustle" kind of way. A maddeningly frustrating experience, and I hope for them, and everyone who might experience the sheer brilliance of their cooking, that they can speed things up.

During our stay in Portugal, we had the pleasure of dining at this exceptional restaurant and were deeply impressed by the quality and originality of the food, as well as the exquisite hospitality of the staff.
The cuisine proved to be an authentic triumph of creativity and flavours. Each dish, from the most traditional to the most innovative, has been prepared with a skill that denotes a great passion for gastronomy. Even the desserts, absolutely out of the ordinary, represented a delicious and unforgettable surprise, perfectly crowning the entire meal.
The staff, from the sommelier to the waiters, stood out for their friendliness, professionalism and attention to detail. Their ability to interpret and satisfy our tastes was admirable. Despite the language barriers, they demonstrated endless patience and communication skill that made us feel welcomed and understood. Their friendliness and cheerfulness further enriched our experience, making the evening even more pleasant.
We would like to express our sincere gratitude to the entire team for making our evening so special. This experience will remain indelibly imprinted in our memories as one of the best moments of our trip to Portugal.
Thank you with all my heart!

Ambience very nice, not recommended with children, the food takes a long time. Several small portions come. The taste was great but we had to order a large quantity and then it became extremely expensive!

Director of Wine Service was terrific as was the front of house. We arrived waaay early for our reservation on a busy evening and they managed to accommodate us. Food, service, ambience all great. We'll be back when we're next in Lisbon.

The tasting menu was delicious and well paced. We were recommended a wine that I would have never tried and it was delicious.

This place has mixed reviews so we were a bit apprehensive, but absolutely loved it. The dishes were creative and different and we enjoyed every one. Stand out for me was the caramelised onion rice with smoked eel and chicken skin - divine. Service was great and I loved the decor of the restaurant too.

One of the best meals I had in Lisbon, if not the best. The food was absolutely delicious. The dishes are thoughtfully made with quality ingredients and not a bunch of fluff. Best dish was the Porco Alentejano, which is a menu classic. Wine selection is top notch as well. A must try if you’re in Lisbon!

Every dish was exceptional. Get the butternut squash, and pork for sure. But you can't go wrong with any of them.

I heard they won first place in a certain competition, but after trying a few dishes, I didn't find them impressive.
The only memorable dish was the appetizer with quail egg, ham, and mushrooms. The flavor combination was spot on: the sweetness of the soft-boiled quail egg paired perfectly with the savory ham and the aroma of the mushrooms. It was delicious!
However, to be honest, the other dishes did not meet my expectations.

You can't go wrong with Prado, you just can't. As honest and humble as it can be, but at the same time risking new combinations and flavours that go beyond your imagination, and at the end, everything bonds so naturally.

The best meal we had in Lisbon! Cannot recommend enough. Attentive service, delicious wine, and every plate was flavorful and unique! Must try dishes included: bluefin tuna, butternut squash, beef tartare, pork, and the mushroom icecream dessert!!

We had the tasting menu. All in all we would not recommend this restaurant based on that menu. We don’t like giving bad reviews but it was so dissapointng that we need to share our experience: every dish that came out got progressively worse. The dishes are off balance, overly salty, and lacked distinctive flavors. Not only this, the meat and fish didn’t taste fresh. Farm to table restaurants typically emphasize freshness and where the ingredients are sourced, but they did not. Even the bread, which is generally delicious in Portugal, wasn’t better than what you can find at an ordinary shop on the street. We appreciate their attempt to try to make things right when they could tell we werent enjoying the dishes (we didn’t finish many of them); however, when we let them know we found the dish was too salty, they brought a saltier one to make it right.
Confused by how this restaurant made all the guides.
