Total scam. They charge you “VAT” separately but there is nothing that indicates that it is VAT as the % does not make sense according to the account, and they do not put it anywhere as a warning. We ordered 2 glasses of rosé wine and they charged us for two half bottles for €10.50 each, absolutely ridiculous. The food was disappointing, the hardest loin could hardly be cut. We ended up paying €62 for two dishes and two wines - incredible. Not to mention the waiters, they were arguing all the time while we tried to enjoy what we could, they spoke badly about each other and they only want to sell more and more, they don't even pay attention to you.

Meat horrible. It was old and reheated and dry and did not smell right. Salad and chips and drinks were fine. Overpriced.

Everything horrible. Poor food, without any quality. The worst thing that ever happened to me. And be very, very careful with your bills. Almost to the level of fraud. Trap! Run away!!!

I was disappointed to find hidden fees for service at this restaurant, adding an unexpected 5 euros to the bill

Decided to stop while walking by. Many tables filled but my fear was that it would be a tourist trap based on menu with many languages. Asked for the appetizer menu to try a few dishes. Glad we did! The calamari, chorizo, and a Francesinha, the iconic Portuguese sandwich, were all tasty and satisfying. Add a couple of beers and it was a perfect first lunch in Lisbon.

You want to eat properly....go your way.... You want to not get ripped off....go your way.A francesinha from which neither my wife nor I managed to cut the meat, sausage more than low-end charcuterie ditto. A very average reheated bacalhau arm. Small gifts to finish, the waiter asks for a tip and charges us €4.29 in “taxes” which arrive out of nowhere. Advice: go further, it will necessarily be better.

A trap to avoid... The staff lures us from outside by presenting us with a menu with prices different from those on the menu inside the restaurant. They bring us appetizers not ordered and charged at full price... the food is basic, tasteless... bad plan!!

We ate cod and it was inedible, we told the waiter and as if nothing had happened. They put a 20 percent tip in our bill without telling us anything. I recommend if you are on vacation not to go.

tourist trap. don't go eat there. they will trick you into believing the bread and olives are free. they aren't. really overpriced food, that tastes mediocre. meat is always overcooked. all in all a pretty bad experience.
Vegetarian options: they have few and poorly executed vegetarian meals.

Terrible barbecue experience that smelled and they didn't even give a euro discount... not recommended
Monkfish rice was ok. The soup, not at all, and overpriced. Service was good but didn’t like that they stood hustling people in the street to come eat.

It has become an expensive tourist trap - unfortunately. Food is ready and not fresh, no Portuguese staff, no charm anymore.
