Local gem hidden away from all the touristy areas. The place is family owned and full of locals and regulars. Fish or meat options for €10. Quality food! Dont hesitate, you’ll like it!

Very pleasant little restaurant, family concerned about the well-being of its customers. The waiter is attentive, and the cook offered us truly delicious traditional cuisine. Lots of tastes. The desserts are just as good, special mention for the chocolate cream, creamy and sweet
Vegetarian options: Cheese omelette

Small classic Portuguese restaurant, simple and good Portuguese dishes just the way we like them.

The place isn't big or fancy, but that wasn't a problem.
The owner served us very well and the food was very good.
We ordered steak and potatoes, house wine, chocolate mousse and coffee.

I really liked. Portuguese homemade food for a fair price. We ate grilled cod with potatoes, which was delicious. Mr. Pereira (owner and chef) served us very well. I told him that I discovered his restaurant based on reviews (they call it reviews) on Google. I showed him some and I noticed that he was very happy. It is worth it! ?

Small restaurant with 6 tables, here the boss cooks, serves, washes up and collects the money himself. The dishes are sufficient in quantity and fresh. If you are very hungry you should choose an appetizer. All in all, good and cheap, highly recommended.

Small, very pleasant typical restaurant in the Rato district.
Delicious and well served dishes.
Small difficulty in making yourself understood with the owner who only speaks Portuguese.
Very good value for money.
Bring cash, the establishment does not take credit cards.

Adorable service, attentive! Low price and maximum portion.
We went there with my sister on a weekday evening, there were only locals there, a good sign!

Restaurantji Recommends
The welcome by these 2 gentlemen was very pleasant. They are concerned about their customer's satisfaction.
The plate is generous for a reasonable price. We recommend.

I recommend everyone to eat once at this little restaurant in the centre of Lissabon. Authentic little place with no big fuss and no tourists, but the food is perfect for a quick little bite and the service is 10/10. The owner (older man) does almost everything himself and is really kind and thoughtful. Doesn't speak English that well, but really tried to speak with us and understand us. When I didn't know what I really wanted to eat he came with a plate with a few freshly caught fish (which we thought he just caught himself), and asked if he could prepare maybe one of those. He grilled for me a whole dorade which I only paid €12 euros for! Most of the dishes come with basic fries or potatoes so don't expect too much on the side, but the quality of the main ingredients (fish/meat) is good and made with love!
