Great place and service. But food was little too simple, we was wanted to try famous bacalhau, but we got a plate just everything boiled or steamed ( fish, carrot, Broccoli, potato and even a boiled egg) , didn't understand the dish at all, in other places you can have it much better

Unfortunately, food was overpriced and underseasoned. Service was kind and reliable, but food came out slow and was not up to the quality I had expected. Beef tips with pickled vegetables were overcooked and bland, and the cod croquettes were dry and had no flavor unless they were accompanied by tartar sauce. Unfortunate experience.

We have hosted wedding celebration lunch for our family and close friends approx 20 people. Everything about the lunch was top notch. Miguel was on top of everything and accommodating and helpful and attentive to all of our guests at anytime. I am very happy he had managed our lunch together with Silvia. Everything was served on good time. And the food was abundant and delicious. Couldn’t have asked for a better place. Thank you for making our day even better. Wish I had taken pictures of the food we were having a good time only thought about it after everything was finished. I was sad not to be able to thank Miguel in person by the time we left he had finished work for the day. Again thank you Miguel, Silvia! (and Susana for reservation)

A gastronomic experience that made me miss taverns.
We arrived at a beautiful and welcoming space, even though it was a hotel restaurant.
We were served very well and taken to our table.
Orders placed and first... The cover took almost 20 minutes (bread basket cover, olives and herb butter and chorizo flavored butter which was very good).
5 minutes after the cover arrived, they came to get up to serve the main dishes, which we did not accept.
We chose pataniscas from the vegetarian menu, pataniscas with no flavor, no soul, good rice with vegetables and a good mayonnaise with mustard seeds and very good pickles, the other dish was spicy chicken (which literally looked like a quail) (neither spicy nor seasoning). sautéed greens and French fries (fried was just the name, it was cooked in oil and stewed).
The red sangria was really good.
In the end there was a problem with the bill, so as not to upset I didn't say anything... The cover charge of €3.5 is to be multiplied by the number of people (which doesn't say anything on the menu).
In short, an experience that will not be repeated again.

Vegetarian options: Has a dedicated menu

Elegant atmosphere and very kind staff. The food is really very good. The only small flaw: the service is very, very slow.

Restaurant with tasty food. The dishes were good, but nothing incredible considering the price charged. The space is very beautiful and peaceful.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately our main courses arrived 10 minutes apart and my fish was cold until my partner’s food arrived. This might not be a problem for others, but for us it is considered to be quite rude to start eating before everyone has received their food.
The wine was very good, the cheese and charcuterie plates were also very tasty. I’ve had better though and paid a lot less in other places. It feels like a restaurant trying desperately hard to be high end but not quite succeeding. The representation is very good but the quality is lacking. I would expect a lot more for this price range. Disappointing.

A distinct restaurant, but without major formalities. The space is very pleasant, especially the interior courtyard and the relationship with the presence of the Church of Memory.

The food is based on Portuguese recipes with a twist. Sometimes there is too much twist, but the overall quality is good.

It's a good option to escape the hustle and bustle of Belém on the weekend, to take the family, to have parties (I've been to one) or to enjoy the terrace.

Service, attention and food of 10 and not to be left behind the calm and cozy atmosphere. The food is top quality, the waiters are super attentive and friendly at all times. Plus the prices are super fair compared to other restaurants in Portugal. Thanks for everything!

I didn't like the food. I chose the main dish of fish; they brought heavily salted fish with boiled potatoes in their jackets, boiled peas and an egg.
