This is the second time I order from this house. Tomorrow I have a family lunch and I ordered some dishes and starters to serve tomorrow, a holiday. I ordered a week in advance and announced that I would get up today at 6pm. I tried a pie. It's not fresh, it was made yesterday. I imagine the state it will be in tomorrow when I serve it to my guests. The value of my order was around 250 euros and I am treated this way. What a disgraceful service!

I have been a customer for 15 years and everything has gone very well. But over the past few months, there has been a noticeable decline in service quality.In November I ordered food for 18 people with an appointment at 11.30 am, when I arrive they tell me that the food will only be ready from 1.30 pm.At Christmas, I ordered cod for 14 people, when I went to serve the dishes, there were no potatoes.The same happened this Easter, I ordered octopus for 10 people, when I went to serve the dishes, there were no potatoes. I went to speak to the person in charge today, who was very polite and just apologized. But he didn't express any satisfaction to a customer who had been attending for 15 years. Possibly the last time I used the service.

Very good take away. Quality food, for me the duck rice is Top. Good service, shame the space is so small which in bad weather becomes complicated.Anyway, whenever I go there I buy duck rice and lemon curd, but there are more well-prepared dishes, it depends on each person's taste.

I've been taking take away food for years, yesterday I took sirloin with chestnuts, well, chicken pies, they were super salty and brownies, these with too much sugar. I hadn't been there since the pandemic and such excesses had never happened before! Pay attention to the kitchen! Fashion in these times is a loss of quality but this house knows and can do it well...

I can only comment about the takeaway part which is a small storefront on street level. I got a bunch of dishes packed for takeaway for a house dinner. Everything was delicious, the price reasonable for the quality. The staff were very nice too.

Great place to purchase food to heat up and that still tastes fresh and tasty like duck pie or chicken or duck empanadas. But also there are great cakes like chocolate cake or strawberry layer cake and others which taste amazing and are great to serve for guests and friends.
