First it was full inside so we had to wait but had to say it was quick. But then the nightmare started, we waited very long to order and then at the end it was 1 hour waiting in the table until the food came, we were completely ignored until one of the waitresses realized we didn’t have anything. The food was ok but also is not the most impressive thing, a bit overpriced and very TikTok/ Instagram style.
We just waited because we were already there and didn’t want to leave and find other place but I don’t recommend at all wasting your time. We arrived around 12:45 and left the restaurant at 15. This is unacceptable. Don’t come here until you want to waist your time.

I had been coming here a few years ago and I remember loving it, so I decided to go back to see the new menu.
I ordered the Hey Salmon, which is an authentic fusion of European and Asian flavors. It has Nordic-style marinated salmon, Greek Tzatziki, Asian Edamame beans, and even red onion pickles that add that impeccable finishing touch. It was magnificent, I loved the composition, a perfect delight. And to continue the global flavor route, Eastern European Syrniki for dessert, with wild fruits and caramel, in an alchemy of flavors of phenomenal charm. The only thing I didn't like was the Passion Fruit Lemonade, which is completely artificial, carbonated, and you can see that it's already bottled, it's not made there, and it's anything but natural. It's a shame, the delicious dishes deserved a worthy drink. Service was quick and friendly.

DO NOT COME TO THIS RESTAURANT. We've been waiting more than 55 minutes sit down at our table waiting for our order to be served, and suddenly the staff guy asks to us if we can remember him our order. I don't know who's the fault is but this is unacceptable. Very bad attention to the client, so slowly and we're still waiting for our order. Don't come to this restaurant in any circumstances if you don't wanna loose your day in Lisbon waiting for your food. What a bad restaurant. We came here due to the good reviews but it's clear they're purchased reviews. The worst restaurant in Lisbon.

aesthetically pleasing café with delicious food, great for a brunch, it takes a while to get there up the hill like everywhere else in lisbon, but that makes the food even more rewarding
Vegetarian options: lots of vegetarian options
Dietary restrictions: possibility of having gluten free bread instead of some parts of certain dishes

The waiters were super nice and attentive, immediately offering a glass of water because of the high heat.
I had the Hey Salmon which was super good. It’s a fairly fresh dish but not cold because there are still eggs which were perfectly cooked. The marinated salmon was very good but it would have been better to remove the dark parts which didn't taste very good.

Mandatory stop if you are in Lisbon and you are a fan of Brunch. In the Príncipe Real neighborhood, we found a beautiful place, with a spectacular atmosphere and a decoration that clearly has been thought of down to every detail. The attention 10 points, especially the manager Amanda who, with a smile, took care of making us feel super comfortable all the time.
We started with a beautifully presented Iced Coffee, to beat the heat.
We continue with our choice of Pequeno-almoco: Fritters & Smashed. Some corn and cheese tortillas, poached egg, Greek yogurt & avocado cream and a sweet chilli sauce. Creative option and very tasty! Recommended. Even though we didn't try other dishes, we must say that they all looked VERY good and looked great!
We accompany it with a glass of orange wine, an excellent combination.
In conclusion, we highly recommend going through Seagull Method and trying different options because one is tastier than the other! In a beautiful neighborhood, a beautiful place for brunch.

The pancakes with tiramisu cream are heavenly and the cappuccino is good too. The interior is beautifully decorated and the atmosphere on Sunday mornings is relaxed. Small minus: the street is right next to it.

Don't get the Bread and Cheese. This is what it looks like… On the other hand, the atmosphere is nice and my friends liked their drinks.
