This restaurant truly cannot be described in just words. Over my family's 14 day travels all over Portugal, this restaurant was truly the best. We have eaten at numerous high end restaurants on our journey and this was by far the best. It was empty when we came in around 3:00, so rightfully so we were skeptical but the food was some of the best I have ever had. Simple place with homemade food. The entrance is narrow but the end offers an incredible reward.
I came on the recommendation of a tourist guide, I hesitated because of the aesthetics of the place. But the experience was deliciously devastating.
We ate the house specialties: Cod and Octopus.
And quenched the heat with blood, Zeus's ambrosia.

Great cibo, 2 zuppe and two seconds per fish for 29 euros, buy one drink and one water.

A cheap, great place with wonderful cuisine. Kind and available staff. Very good fish.
