We had a fantastic evening here! There are Fado dinners on every corner in Lisbon, but this is where the most impressive and authentic ones take place! The food was very good, the service was incredibly warm and friendly! The Fado show was fantastic. The artists performed with such fervor and passion that you couldn't help but be touched. The evening was long and ended with a celebration among friends. If Fado, then here!

The 3 stars is for the food. Neither my wife nor I liked the starters at all. The main was pretty good. It's worth going there for the fado. The woman has a very good voice.

Me and my wife were for the first time in Lisbon, Portugal. We love Fado so we decided to visit live Fado. “Sr. Fado” was recommended from our host. We booked a table first one night. The price was 53€ for a person. The restorant is in the hearth of Alfama (the birth place of Fado). The host and stuff were very polite. Food was delicious and too much for two people. Salads, appetizers and bread, desserts. Main course was fish food. Delicious! Wine and beer - it kept coming and coming until you say stop. At the end of the dinner the singers of Fado started. They told us the story of Fado, about instruments (guitar and Portuguese guitar), about lyrics. Everything. The voice of the Fado lady singer was magnificent. We were very lucky, cause the guitar player has a Birthday and we were part of his celebration. Even he shared his cake with us - clients! It was night I will remember. I am totally recommend the restorant.

This is a MUST for a romantic and vibrant Fado experience. The host, musicians, and everyone make you feel at home in this authentic restaurant. Food is perfect and plentiful. We ended up dancing even after most people left as the musicians stayed late playing local music and relaxing with the guests.
