It’s was great visiting Frango, good chicken dishes and others too of course. This is a good choice when you are in Vasco de Gama mall, Ample space for dine in, and I tell you it is usually full with tourists. Chicken is made Portuguese style, I loved the chips they give with their dishes.
The day I visited, it was full and the server team was struggling with service. I guess that is natural.

Experience not to be repeated!!
The space was empty, but the employee made a delivery to help me, as chatting with friends was more important. After placing and paying for the order, there was no need to worry about the tray, drink or even the cutlery, with the cook (Indian who doesn't speak Portuguese) showing more concern about this than the person in front of the counter.
The food wasn't bad, but nothing out of this world either.

Mr Frango da Guia, living up to its name...it deserved better seasoning, I found it a little insipid...forgive my frankness.
I liked the warm bread, the cheese and the olives...a perfect combination.
The tomato salad was well seasoned.
I also liked the cozy atmosphere in the room.

Excellent service from Patrícia, we loved it, her friendly and kind service.
It's not a good review at the end of the day, but one thing I have to mention and mention again was the warm bread (which took a while to arrive) but it was warm and was a great comfort for my little tummy. Now, unfortunately, for the bad stuff: ice tea is a bit iffy; chicken that came raw; small amount of potatoes. Again for the good things: they were friendly, I thought; and let's not forget the hot rolls!!!!!

Probably the worst service in the world... and believe me, I've been around the world. Service was slow, inefficient, flawed... The rush was just to sit down and collect the order, the delay was "secular".
I highly recommend any other dining space except this one!

I went to a Sr. Frango da Guia in Coina yesterday (I didn't find it on Google, so I'll review it here), and the service was extremely terrible.The employee had not said how the restaurant worked, she waited until all the people who were with me had already placed their orders and paid, and then said that we could not eat inside the place but at the tables that belong to the Shopping Center (to eat inside of the restaurant, you had to pay for each item separately and it wasn't express service).We ask for the amount back and leave the place, honestly, when a customer comes to your business, you have to tell them how everything works, and then the customer thinks if it's worth it for them.Furthermore, this employee who served us and the other employees who were in the kitchen completely still, looked at all of us with an air of superiority, as if we were something special. Finally, I'm not surprised that the restaurant was completely empty and they were all talking idly.
