We tried the “vouchers” tasting menu, which was very good… I lost count of the number of dishes in total, there must have been about 12… very good! Very extensive wine list.

March 7th 2024 dinner in Lisbon:
1-star Michelin restaurant, Suba, was great! The food pushed my boundaries a bit when it came to eating lightly seared Royal pigeon, but it turned out to be delicious with a potent raspberry sauce.
The dining room was quiet. It was raining intensely when we got there, so our view of the water was a little obscured, but I bet it would be nice on a rain-free day. The staff was very nice and polite.
