I haven't ordered in a while and the quality has radically deteriorated. The fish wasn't fresh (to the point where I couldn't eat some pieces due to its bad appearance), the rice was too sticky and vinegary. Nothing good besides the speed of delivery.

Unfortunately it has been losing quality... the time is long gone, at the beginning of Sushi at Home, when it was perceived that the pieces had been made almost “at the moment”. Nowadays I always have the feeling that I'm eating plastic pieces that were made some time ago and kept in Tupperware. The service is super efficient in the store, and the app works very well, unfortunately the food does not match the quality of the other review topics.

I spent over an hour waiting for an order that I was told would be out in 30 minutes. I was always in the store and tried to find out how the situation was evolving. They just told me it was almost there. But the various orders continued to go out for home delivery. They didn't know how to apologize, warn of a problem with the order.
