Either it was a one-off situation or it lost a lot of quality. The arouquesa cutlet did not have the maturation period that we were informed about, and of course, everything that comes from it is naturally bad. Even though we tried to pass on this information, I think they didn't understand us well, because the staff didn't understand or speak fluent Portuguese. It's a shame, that's the criticism, I hope you accept it as a note of improvement, because I believe that the house does not want to go down this path.

I decided to try the restaurant after seeing good reviews, but it was very disappointing.
Friendly and attentive service, but they don't understand Portuguese very well. The ambience is ok, the music is a bit annoying as it doesn't change. The food left something to be desired in terms of value for money. The tomahawk weighed 1,100kg, just the bone and fat, at least 500g was gone ?. We ordered the meat medium and it came out medium bad (very raw inside) The portion size of the fries is also something to consider, not enough for one person.
And finally it said that it accepted the card (glued to the glass) and when we went to pay the bill the surprise was that the TPA DID NOT HAVE A CONTRACT, that is, it did not accept the card. Really a lack of respect for a customer.
This was on my Michelin app, and looked great for steak. We had aged steak, with some delicious sides. Service was good, nice wine and ambiance. Pricing was appropriate. We would return.

For starters we ordered broken eggs and for the main course, beef tenderloin accompanied with vegetables and French fries. The meat was cooked and very tasty and the vegetables were as al dente as desired. Service is very efficient and fast, however employees of Asian origin understand almost no Portuguese which makes communication very difficult. I don't understand this restaurant's attitude in placing employees who don't know how to speak Portuguese at all in a restaurant in Portugal.
