one of the worst customer service experiences i had received at a restaurant in Lisbon. Thanks to the waitress named Rute, as you can see in the picture, I didn't eat the food because the taste of the meat was off. When the bill came, the appetizer and other items were not removed from the bill. Rute explained that they tasted the appetizer once we had sent it back, and it was fine. "And that customer's are not always right and she know people like us." And that we need to pay because we were lying that the food was prepared correctly. The way she spoke to us, I have never had experience that kind of service before, having a waited or waitress yelling at us in the middle of the restaurant. And no manager was available until 4:30pm, one young man did come to help after watching Rute yelling at us and refused to stop and take the credit card payment because she wanted to prove her point about the quality of the food. I ordered the croquettes, and black pig cheeks, I had no problem paying for the croquettes because i did eat one of them before realizing how bad they were, but for the pig cheeks as soon as i tried them I couldn't even swallow it, the taste was off. We also had order sangria and chicken wrap. We only asked about the pig cheeks to be removed from the bill because I didn't eat any of it, and Rute didn't care to even replace it with anything else. If it was not possible, that's all she had to say. We were not asking for a handout. No establishment should have someone like Rute with a lack of customer service experiences representing they business.

My brother needed to use washroom urgently and literally, there were no public toilets within the area so he entered this restaurant to ask if he could use the washroom
**My brother approached the waiter Brother: i’m sorry, may I possibly use the washroom please?
Waiter: Are you from the hotel? The washroom is only for customer use. BYE BYE (put his hand right in front of my brother’s face and gestured an insulting wave to my brother’s face)
If he had said it without the bye bye and hand gesture, we would have totally understood - at least we tried, but why did he have to disrespect us like that? It was very unprofessional and unnecessary.

A real surprise! My wife and I were walking on the main street. They had asked a couple of the more famous restaurants if they had room....but...the answer was Full bocked! So I looked on Google Maps and found this. Service to reserve a table via the website, super efficient and fast. Highly qualified staff. Very clean environment in both the restaurant and the bathroom. Very good and well cooked food. 3 figure price for two people but worth it
