I just don't give it a 1 because the food saves the situation. Although the pataniscas were better. I've known the space for a few years and the service has gotten a lot worse. The employees don't talk to the customers but they talk a lot among themselves, they throw the food on the table and that's it. It was not an experience at the same level as it has been in the past.

I'm sorry for the comment I'm going to make, but I don't like being served against my will and it seems like they're there doing shipping. I was received very well by the first waitress, but when it was time for desserts, the waitress who brought me the sweets was out of kindness, no matter how much it cost, she would always have a smile on her face. I also have to deal with customers every day and no matter how hard it is, I sometimes smile, even if inside I'm not capable of smiling. I don't think all the employees, but it's not just this restaurant, I've been to several here in the capital and they're all the same

I think the worst fish restaurant in Lisbon. Terrible food quality, unacceptable that a typical Portuguese restaurant facing the ocean serves frozen fish dishes: frozen prawns (arrived in 5 minutes and with intestines inside), frozen fried cuttlefish, also present in the feijoada de choco with canned beans ( fagiolata with cuttlefish), so chewy and fake that you have to leave them aside. Polvo à Lagareiro to take and throw away, mixed lettuce and black salad, acidic house wine. Overall very poor quality. We chose not to even open the bread. Sweets? I don't express myself honestly, stay away because it's money wasted on bad food.
I don't understand how it manages to get 4/5 or 5/5 stars even from Italians, what are you used to eating?

Everyone else that ate fish/meat got a second plate of food but vegetarian/vegan only had one. Employees were asked for vegan food but they have no idea what is vegan. Very bad service.
