Don't come here! Be aware of forced tips! We didn't get, and then found tips in the bill. Why on earth should we pay tips? For bad food? The meat was dry, the potato chips were overcooked until they were hard, s. The place looked nice and they show nice pictures on the screen, but we forgot to check the reviews here. Bad cook, or whatever.

Despite the place not being overly busy, I had to wait an unreasonable amount of time just to be acknowledged.I was ignored not once, but twice, when trying to place my order. After some effort, I managed to order and was given a pager only after I asked for it. However, when the pager went off, signaling that my order was ready, there was no one at the counter to assist me. The menu at the counter didn’t include any drink and no one available to serve me.This level of service is absolutely unacceptable, and I do not recommend this restaurant at all.

I decided to try this restaurant. has a pleasant space in a more secluded corner in the Vasco da Gama shopping center. I ordered rare Entrecôte with fries. They asked if I wanted it on bread or on a plate (which I found strange, because entrecôte, for me, is not a meat to eat on bread) - As I chose it on the plate, they told me that I had to choose one more side dish and the dish cost plus €2.5. The dish was well served, the meat was cooked (not rare as I requested), but the meat was of good quality and tender. I just thought it lacked seasoning, which is a shame, because all that meat needs is a little coarse salt and it's immediately delicious. What I really didn't like was the ending: when the final bill comes, the restaurant takes the liberty of adding 5% as a bonus. And this final value appears in large numbers at the end of the account. I only realized that the amount was extra after analyzing the receipt, and I chose to pay without the bonus. The amount paid is higher than fair for the quality of what we ate (almost €20.00 for one person, dish and one drink only), I found it truly abusive that they added a bonus. Especially because the employees simply bring the dish and the drink in the can from the counter to the table, it is not a fancy restaurant with starters and perks. I don't think it's justified

We came here late and ordered some food steak if you want to be precise. Wow all the sides and steak ( Vacio) was great staff spoke great English and very professional a steak house dinner in a mall wow it is amazing even dessert was amazing so I give 5 stars
