Looking for a local joint and it ticks all the boxes.

Was hanging out to order a Francesinha. Dish looked on point but the sandwich and chips were lukewarm. Finished and went to pay and got an issue from the older gentleman wait staff . Seemed super rude and kinda surprised considering I’ve found Portuguese hospitality to be great. Thank you for ruining my experience.

We ate there yesterday, 4 of us, on the terrace. We had thought about eating at the LX factory, but we got scared when we saw the prices and the tourist trap nature of the place. We then wandered a little further and came across this little restaurant on the corner of a crossroads. We ate: cod, sea bass, sea bream, beef. Everything was very good for €73, wine, coffee, tea included.

A typical Portuguese restaurant, with traditional cuisine, the food is very good, the service is impeccable, the prices are very reasonable.

Frenchie of the house? I wouldn't be proud of the specialty if I were you. bland, cold, bread not cooked, cheese not melted, sauce close to water soup. 20 minutes for a meal, which also made me sick for the next 2 hours.

Authentic Portuguese food with courteous service, here you can drink a bottle of wine and eat well for little, at a fair price.

It really just happened to be that I was on my way back from a sightseeing spot. Too local, only in Portuguese. However, there is a kind man who takes our orders and takes care of us in various ways. I ordered a set of soup, sandwich, coffee, and drink, and it was the cheapest price in the history of Portuguese tourism. If you're looking for one near here, please give it a try. I haven't eaten it yet, but I wanted to try the pudding too.

Off the traditional tourist route and certainly not high-profile, but absolutely worth it. A real restaurant (capitals) and not a franchise. Consisting of two separate side-by-side rooms, restaurant and café/bar with shared terrace. The staff is very kind and professional, we found it by mistake during a problem with the city's public transport and we returned a second time on the last evening of our stay in Lisbon. As soon as you sit down they offer a small plate of seasoned olives and a small dose of cheese which will be added to the bill but we are talking about very few euros. The doses are very generous, the soups appetizing, very cheap, the products very good. We recommend the Fracesinha to be shared by at least two given the enormous portion served. The meat is very tender and very well cooked. The fried foods are very dry and not at all greasy.Price of drinks like in a normal bar. The coffee is good, strong, a bit like in the whole city. The price is absolutely good compared to the quality and quantity. The place is frequented almost entirely by families from the area, a good sign.Well done. We will recommend it to all our acquaintances who are going to Lisbon.

The worst restaurant we had in Lisbon. There was no sangria and we only ate Francesinha, for 14€. They also brought unsalted fries. It was plentiful but I don't recommend it. The restaurant is very old, the atmosphere and service leave a lot to be desired.
