Paying attention to the evaluations, we went to dinner. Good products and also the service. Of course, a stab at the beers. The beer, about 20-25 cl, 5 bucks.

Probably one of the rudest owners with the poorest customer service I have ever experienced. We felt unwelcomed and were reluctantly serviced. We sat down for drinks. But when we asked for a takeaway the owner said that the chef couldn't cope and that they had to save the food for the people who had reservations. I understand where she was coming from but surely if your restaurant is popular geer up to deal with the demand. If you have issues with dealing with orders then speak to customers in an informative professional manner. Not rude dismissive way. Food was ok. But attitude and service was a disgrace. As a tourist didn't feel welcomed and would certainly not ever recommend.

I booked a table for 9 people for eating using the phone number that is showed on google, when we got there the lady very rudely told us that she had no reservation for 9 and that isn't their phone.
Either they need to fix the website or the attidute

We reserved a table for 9, we got there in perfect time, they told us we called the wrong number, we checked with the restaurant owner and it was the exact same phone number you can find here, we tried to call the number in front of them and they hanged it in front of us. Unfortunately we don't understand Portuguese but they were clearly talking about us negatively. Reading comments we could understand they don't like foreigners that look "poor" and prefer to take reservations just for drinking and not eating. If you want to try and go there just know you can get rejected just because they don't like you by your look.

EDIT: I'll keep the last comment because I think it should be clear what happened, they called us the next day saying sorry, they had a problem with a new manager, the "old" one asked if we wanted to go back to the place the next day, we did and they offered us a lot of food and drinks and they apologized, the food was grate and the "old" manager was really a awesome person, very pleasant dinner

We booked a table for 9 people at 9.30 (using the number showed on google) but the owner rejected us with dumb excuses and avoiding accurately the word "sorry", demonstrating a lack of education.
However, I'm really happy cause we easily found a way better place to eat and if they continue acting like this they will soon go bankrupt.
P.S: read all the rewiews, if you're a tourist you'll probably receive the same treatment, so don't book here (and don't believe their lies).

Delicious dishes and tapas. Impeccable service. The owner and her team take great care. The quality is there in the kitchen as well as during the service. I felt real sincerity. Special mention for the children's dish. They took care to cut the very tender and delicious meat into small pieces. I highly recommend.

Super disrespectful and discriminatory service. The owner of the establishment demonstrated arrogance and a lack of professionalism in service after we challenged a sausage board that did not correspond to the photo on the menu. She addressed the group, referring to people's “style” and being super rude about sending customers away when we hadn't even finished eating. Terrible service.
