Place with great vibes. The music was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful. The tapas we shared were very good as was the house wine. They only accept reservations at 8pm and then you enter the waiting list. Luckily we booked.

What can I say. Nice spot baby! Convivial food in a super environment. Outside the classic tourist-catching restaurant scene. You have to look for it and you have to get into it. They love mustard... And so do I. You eat fish, meat and vegetables in tapas style (or pinchos if you passed through the Basques to get here) to share them with others. But the quality is top and the execution excellent. The price is in line with the quality and service. Octavio is a 10 and praise... Very nice and welcoming. If I go back to Lisbon I won't miss it.

Top address, you have to like loud music and an offbeat rock spirit. Everything on the plate is well aligned. For haters who don't know how to travel and dare to leave a bad rating for a place that offers originality and excellent cuisine. I would say go fry yourself an egg. For those open-minded you will love it. ?
We made a reservation, and waited more than 30 minutes to enter. Well known!!! I discovered the place because my Portuguese friend recommended it, saying about the team behind it and how simple and good the food was!
He was right, but I would take the simple thing away! The dishes are BEAUTIFUL and super interesting.
I wouldn't order the cover charge as I wasn't interested in the side dishes, but I think every Portuguese person can relate :)

Our least favourite, most expensive meal of our trip (not expensive but relative to Lisbon). The first waiter greeted us, explained the menu, then forgot about us. 15 mins later a second waiter greeted us and explained the menu… we joked and said we’re ready to order and did so. We then sat in front of empty plates for 45 minutes, 3 waiters walked past us regularly and not one asked us if everything’s okay, or thought “why is there no food on the table?”. I asked the waiter what’s going on, she then went on to blame the kitchen rather than just apologise and sort it out. Our food was then brought out 10-15 mins later in one big batch (whilst everyone was eating deserts or paying the bill) rather than the chilled, shared, plate by plate experience everyone else in the restaurant had.
The fried chicken was average. The octopus overcooked. The mussels were good but there were only 10 or so. The carrot cake was dry.
The highlight of the evening, other than my company, was the bottle of Singerverga plonked on the table as an apology.
