We were served by one helpful waiter who gave great advice on wine selection, however we were also served by another rude waitress who didn’t seem to be satisfied by anybody, was rude to all customers and actively rolled her eyes at us as we payed. Okay place, wouldn’t return in a hurry.

I went to this yesterday with my family and we loved the food ,service,ambiance and specially the live music . I would also like to point out that they have around 400 References of local Portuguese wine from the all the regions of the country. Thank you team of grapes and bites for this amazing experience we would love to visit again

I know Lisbon well, but this recent discovery hugely impressed me. A stellar wine list, at all price points. Could be the best selection of wines in Lisbon with many available by the glass. The tapas style food is good quality and value and completely acceptable but is almost secondary to the wine. The multilingual front of house staff keep the customers happy with their charm and winespeak. I essentially let Ricardo choose some wines for me and was very happy. Wine measures are quite generous so prepare yourself for a good evening. For the wine enthusiast wanting to discover some Portuguese wines, this is the place to come. Highly recommended. NB closed Mondays and Tuesdays.

We found this gem of a place after looking for a local restaurant. I can’t recommend this restaurant highly enough! The waiter was so lovely and his knowledge of the wine was very impressive! He had a good sense of humor and made the night very special as we were celebrating my husbands 60th birthday! The food was amazing!

Really enjoyed this restaurant after a recommendation from the live artist performing here, Rafa is a top guy. The food was incredible not knowing what we were walking into. The service what top drawer. A great place if your a couple in love.

Myself and 9 others went for a meal here on Sunday evening. We didn't know what to expect as it was a last minute booking but it couldn't of been better. The staff were great, the food was UNREAL and the singer that was on was very entertaining so much so that we stayed and drank more after our food was done to carry on listening to him. Food was very reasonably priced.

dinner was last night of a 30 day visit to Portugal. the food was amazing and the friendly staff recommended a local wine that that was the same.. highly recommend

It was our last night of the trip and the 6 of us enjoyed a fantastic time here. The staff was so nice and helpful. We ordered a number of small plates to share and just kept going. There was live music as well, which was great. Highly recommend this as a fun group activity for dining.

It is a happening spot on a really cool street. Excellent vibe and music. The food and wine are absolutely fabulous. The owners and staff are charming.

It's a crowded area, cars everywhere, smokers at most tables...and one of the best burgers I've ever had. My advice: enjoy the ambiance of this street cafe...you will not regret it once you try the burger. And my wife had the Falafel Sandwich, which was so good we went back a second time, which we never do.

We had a fantastic evening at Grapes and Bites. We were tempted in by the wine list and the charm of the waiter and were not disappointed. The wine was excellent and the accompanying cheese board was absolutely delicious. We hadn’t realised that there would be live music but this accompaniment made the evening. We wandered back to our hotel saying that this experience had made our trip to Lisbon!

Another fantastic dinner in Lisbon. We shared a bunch of starters and platters, all good. Some found them so good that they had them again, for their main course. The pigs cheek was so tender it melted in my mouth, rich in flavor. Friendly, attentive staff, wonderful food and an impressive selection of wines. This place is well worth a visit!
