I placed my order at 7.40pm to be delivered at 8.15pm at the place where I work, it was 8.35pm and none of my order arrived, I called Telepizza in Belém to ask what was going on, to which they replied that there was a problem with the orders. , and in deliveries due to lack of staff. They gave me an estimate of another 45 minutes to wait in addition to the time I had already waited previously. I said that this couldn't be the case because I work in the health sector and I couldn't wait all that time, with my 30-minute dinner break stipulated. They said they would see what they could do, they left me on hold for 3 minutes on TLM to tell me that what they could do was deliver in 30 minutes. I said it couldn't be that it was too long to wait, and that I had to cancel the order. The lady said that supposedly she canceled it, later almost an hour later they came to deliver my order which I supposedly asked to cancel, (after I had dinner), the order was cold, the pizza came with almost no tomato sauce. However, I said I cancelled, he said they didn't tell him. Fantastic! Terrible service from telepizza, the delivery man wasn't even to blame, it was really the terrible service provided by those inside the store. I will never ask again. They don't even deserve 1 star.
