This was a wonderful experience. It was just like visiting a friend's home in Goa and being served family food from the kitchen. The food and service were both amazing, especially the vindaloo and the ambothik. The service was excellent too. Lisbon and Margao were suddenly one place!

The food was delivered was absolutely delicious. I would highly recommend the Pork Vindaloo and the Kachori, the flavours were on point. This is What Goan Soul food tastes like. Made me miss Goa and there wholesome atmosphere and the owners. They were kind enough to serve us even though they were supposed to open a bit later. Thank you for being kind.
Parking: It’s on a slope so no parking available outside the street. I would recommend taking the bus or tram here because that’s close to the stop

The food was amazing if you want pure Goan food in Lisbon Portugal go to Zuari the food is yet again amazingly delicious the service is excellent it’s a family of three or two and if you’re looking for something healthy and homemade go there everything is homemade except the drinks the desserts I don’t know how they taste or if they are homemade because we didn’t have them because we were too full after all that delicious food and drinks but if you are into spicy foods I recommend this place a lot

Came in on a slow Tuesday for lunch and loved the heck out of the sarapatel. A pleasant level of heat and lovely flavor.

Simply delicious! We went there as a group of four and had no issue to get a table during the week. We were welcomed by the owner, a well aged and nice man. The interior is very simple and not the prettiest, but we came for the food and because of the good reviews. And oh boy the reviews were right. For starters we tried their whole card, which was tasty. As main course we had pork, chicken, fish and mutton. Everything was distinct in taste and very delicious. Afterwards came the highlight, the desserts. Especially the cinnamon and Ginger ice cream blew our minds. All in all we had to pay 74€ which is very cheap for everything we had and the fresh quality food. Thanks for having us!

We had a wonderful evening at Zuari. The starters were very spicy but exciting, the main courses were all wonderful and the dessert was also to die for! We particularly recommended the cinnamon/ginger ice cream! All food was personally served by a sweet older gentleman, probably the owner. We were completely satisfied and would recommend the restaurant, which looks rather inconspicuous from the outside, to anyone!

Visited this place as part of a food tour, lovely local place with a deep historic insight. We were introduced to the BEST samosas in town, and they did not disappoint. They were spicy though, and the owner has his own peri peri sauce that has a real kick! Bebinca cake is amazing too, apparently it took them a whole day to make one. Too excited for food, we forgot to take pictures! We met the owner who was super hospitable and friendly, and he shared many stories about his journey. Lovely experience, would 100% recommend samosa and vibes.

Shame here - the small restaraunt in local style is not particularly welcoming and whilst the service was good the food did not live up to basics. Frozen samosas whilst for sure would have been great fresh and not over cooked - they suffered from both. The vindaloo was vinegary and replaced without complaint with more pleasant chicken curry - all very mild. Whole thing felt a bit lazy to be honest and maybe it’s a bad night, but not much to tempt anyone back.
