Excellent service, I'm pregnant and the waitress was super friendly and helpful to me, they had never had so much attention given to me due to pregnancy, I felt super comfortable eating here, it was the second time I went there and I loved it again.

The Fábrica is one of those places where you want to go in, eat and repeat the experience again. With an artisanal food concept, we are treated to super delicious gastronomic and artistic treasures (the image also counts). But be careful. It is not a quick service or fast food place. It's a place to go and enjoy the original cover of sweet potato skins and dry bacon, with garlic sauce, Bufallo style chicken wings, handcrafted nuggets with a brutal sweet chilli... And then we can enjoy dishes like The Chèvre, the Hamburger A Fábrica or the Eggcellent... Whoever has the courage and the stomach, take on the challenge... 30 minutes to eat a tower of burgers, potatoes and sauce... It is truly a place for a lunch or dinner with friends, with family or simply alone. Our presence is always welcome there. And the staff is super friendly. Coming back again and again

I had already been to this restaurant and really liked it. And I decided to return, this time with my 4-month-old baby.This restaurant is small but can have 5 televisions, I kindly asked for one television to be turned off so my baby wouldn't be fixated on it for lunch. It is important to highlight that we were the only customers in the establishment. The waitress questioned why, arguing that the atmosphere was going to be dead… but she still hung up.After 2 minutes, your colleague turned the television back on. We still didn't have anything on the table, so we asked to change seats... we found another television.We asked again to turn off that television, which was just facing us. And the employee asked us with a somewhat amused face why we wanted to hang up. What was supposed to be a pleasant family lunch ended up becoming a boring moment.Clearly, it is not a family friendly restaurant. We really liked the food but we don't see ourselves going back after this event.

We're a family of 5 that came here to eat at lunch time. It was quite busy and took a while to get served and even longer to get the food. Everyone liked their burgers though and appreciated the sport on the screens ?

Really great team here who made sure we had everything we needed! Burgers were immense and the wine was great too!

I was in a group of 4 people, there were 2 tables with customers and I waited for about 20 minutes to order. Dishes with reduced quantities, that is, on my plate the burger did not reach 100 grams.Slow service
