I love Cafe 1° Maio. It's a 3 minute walk from our Quinta and Paola and Carlos couldn't be kinder. Even though my Portuguese is not perfect I am still able to enjoy my visit. These people are my neighbors and I want them to know much I appreciate their hospitality and kindness ❤

Good morning, it's almost lunchtime, and why not choose the Sushi Home Grill Marisco in Olhão for lunch and enjoy a super complete rodizio menu with - Sushi, Seafood, Meat, Pasta, Fish, Accompaniments and many desserts.Come and experience an explosion of flavors like you've never had before, in a comfortable and very elegant environment.
Simple local Cafe, We had a Quick Drink here on our way back from a long day of hiking.
Since opening it has always been a very special place. Welcoming due to the comfort it provides and the friendliness of the owners, which continued with the current manager, a person from the land, very friendly and with a very assertive profile. Resilient that despite the pandemic, it has managed to keep the flame burning and open the cafe.
Typical Portuguese village cafe. Popular among local families. Recommend their fresh cheese and ham sandwiches, washed down with a glass of cold white wine. Pleasant service. Helps if you can speak Portuguese.
The best in the village
