WOW! This guy is the real deal. Super friendly and welcoming when you enter his cozy shop. But the aroma of fresh baked bread still in the air was enough to convince me.We got brioche buns, classic loaf bread, a big chunk of focaccia and a couple of his amazing Pain au Chocolat (maybe the best I've had, and I've been to France a couple times!)The focaccia is also delicious. The bread and buns are for dinner tonight, so I can only report on what we devoured as soon as we got home...lol. In short: very good knowledge of his craft, and the passion to execute beautifully. Thanks, Jose... we'll be back soon (and often)

This bakery sells fantastic sourdough products. It a small owner-led business and I am very happy to support him. José I’d friendly and chatty and it’s impossible not to want to help him along.Not open on Sundays and Mondays, but not problem with a little planning.

Jose is not only a great baker, but also great to talk with. He clearly enjoys his work and you can sense that joy when you eat the bread he makes. We also like to get the pizza (sadly only available Saturdays). But my favorite is the focaccia -- I once picked it up just after it was baked. It is heavenly!

Opened Feb 2023. Passionate artisan baker. All portugese traditionally milled wheat. All sourdough of course. Great pain au chocolate. Plans to serve coffee soon. Two bread variants traditional wheat with seeds option. Hope he adds a rye variant in future but that may not be traditional. I'll be back!
