Simple place, excellent quality food for a fair price and good wine options. I had a chuck steak which was fantastic. It was one of the best meals on my last trip to Portugal.

Best steakhouse in the Algarve. Hands down my favorite spot. Incredible cuts of beef, cooked by a great chef and perfect pricing. Family owned spot that never ever doesn’t deliver! Do your self a favor and stop by for a feast fit for kings

Visited after reading the reviews but have to say all of us were very disappointed. On arrival we were left standing in the doorway for a good five minutes whilst staff stood near the kitchen just staring at us..very odd !! Eventually a rather rude lady approached and said we have one table that is available. We ordered our food, I opted for a steak cooked medium. When it arrived it was almost still alive! My partner asked for his to be cooked medium to well done again the steak was hugely undercooked. My friend opted for the duck and asked for it to be well done when it arrived it was bleeding on his plate!! Disgusting. Don't know why a chef is working in a restaurant and he/she cannot cook a steak correctly as asked for. Much better restaurants in the area for a good steak like Ysconderija in Sao Bras absolutely beautiful and I highly recommend here. Won't be returning here and would not recommend.

The food is tried to be prepared nicely, but the quality of the preparation and the food is not good. The steak was half fat and gristly meat. The Black Angus Burger for €14.50 consists of a meatball made from meat cartilage. Otherwise there is nothing about it. Simply unbelievable. Before that we had duck and thought, well, it could be tough, but today's visit confirms the feeling from the first visit, when we weren't quite sure whether we were just unlucky.
