I wonder if the owner of this establishment has ever tried the "fries" that are produced there (cooked is too strong a word). They taste NOTHING and have the texture of authentic cardboard. Where did they get the material they used to make these pseudo-potatoes? The real potatoes were definitely not! NEVER AGAIN!!

It's a shame to see a house that was once a reference for restaurants in the city of Loures going into decline. We ordered two roast chickens today but they were practically cooked and tasteless, some parts were almost raw, unfortunately this is not the first time. The quality has been decreasing day by day. Not to mention the several times we ordered shrimp broth and it turned out to be a dark brown paste with a vinegar flavor, inedible. Lately, telephone service for home deliveries is often carried out by someone who does not understand Portuguese well, making communication difficult. We have made several complaints about the precariousness of the products they send us, but apparently management does not pay due attention to quality control. After 6 years as regular customers, today was the last straw, we paid almost 40 euros for a product that isn't even worth 5 euros. I'm very sorry, they lost a regular customer.

Este comentário é sobre a CHURRASQUEIRA IDEAL DE RINCHOA (RIO DE MOURO, SINTRA): entremeadas muito grossas, sem sabor e mal assadas, quando tinha pedido que fossem bem assadas. A minha mãe e a minha irmã disseram que o frango não estava bom. O novo dono (a antiga churrasqueira era o Seara) não está a fazer mudanças positivas. Não voltaremos a comprar.
