“Best charcoal BBQ chicken anywhere ... Really super yummy! We travelled to many countries, eating the local cuisine and this has to be the best chicken ever. It was a chance encounter ... we went at around 6:30 pm, ordered two chicken, one with a spicy sauce. After a short wait, the chicken was ready. We ate both the chicken in the park opposite the takeaway. It was tasty, succulent and with a nice crispy skin. Service was good and the couple was friendly. The proprietor takes great pride and joy in the BBQ and that may be the reason why it tasted so good!“

“Quiet place, excellent food, very clean place, KFC space is small but there is a shopping area in front, you can choose as the space is never full, the service is good but sometimes the type of order is missing and we will have to choose to wait longer or choose another product so they can speed it up, but other than that, everything is fine!!!“

“The Piri Piri chicken here is a must. Only order to go so get a whole chicken, rice, spinach, and drinks and head over to the closest park which is about 10 minutes away. Get one of the benches over looking the park and enjoy while the cool breeze blows away.“

The plates are small, but filling, we ordered several things and they were all delicious: boneless chicken, gyozas, fingers, wings and guacamole. With the drink and chips we came out to €15 per person.

“Arrived at the Airbnb at 7:45PM and needed a quick bite. We walked the area and had a few places pinned. We walked around the corner and saw a huge lineup in the sidewalk to a small rotisserie chicken shop. Limited menu. They have Chicken. And they do a great job with the chicken with 2 delicious sauces. Lemon and Pir piri. We had a side order of rice but most locals were buying chips as a side.Great prices. Friendly staff.Give it a try if in the area.“

“At lunchtime, I bought 1kg bbq that is cut into pieces, medium box of potato crisps made on site €14.95. Chicken had a beautiful charcoal flavour and crisps were great. Staff do not speak English but luckily their kitchen staff luckily did. Cash only and queues outside the shop in the weekends. Highly recommend.“
