It took 25-30 minutes longer than expected to deliver the pizza. They didn't call to inform me, I had to contact them and they told me that they had a lot of requests and that they apologized. And they don't even try to compensate the customer for the inconvenience caused!Very poor management on the part of the Loures store!!
On my recent visit to Domino's in Loures, I had the pleasure of enjoying an exceptional dinner with my family. There were five of us and we chose to delve into the culinary diversity that the more expensive all-you-can-eat menu offered us, at a price of €10.99 at the time of writing this review, a choice that quickly proved to be the best.We decided to try six varieties of pizza, dividing three pizzas into halves: Vegetarian, Cheese Feast, American, A.I. Pizza, Chicken BBQ and Extravaganzza. The choice for Cheese Roler pasta was unanimous and, without a doubt, an excellent decision. Each pizza was an explosion of flavor, well seasoned and served piping hot. The only less positive point was the BBQ sauce, which seemed a little sickening to us, but that didn't detract from the overall experience.The discovery of "Simple Stuffed Cheese Bread" among the side dishes was a pleasant surprise. The bread, generously stuffed with cheese, was unanimously acclaimed as a divine delight, elevating our gastronomic experience even further.The team that served us deserves a special mention for its friendliness and efficiency. They were extremely welcoming, ensuring that we understood how the carvery menu worked and were always available to assist us.I would also like to take this opportunity to make one last note: the portions are quite generous! Despite our enthusiasm, we were unable to finish the three pizzas we ordered. (Although it is not possible to take the leftovers home, a policy that we understand and respect. It is a shame that it was wasted. )In short, Domino's de Loures offered us a memorable gastronomic experience, marked by exceptional pizzas and very pleasant customer service. It takes a long time to make deliveries. Last time I waited 4 hours. The distributor did not know the address, they even indicated that it had been touched and they realized that this had not happened, and as the order was cold when it arrived at the store, they had to admit the error and place a new order.They were helpful when placing a new order, but waiting 4 hours for a meal is unacceptable.

I ordered a menu for 4 through Bolt and was only given a pizza and a dessert. The Bolt courier said to complain to the app because it wasn't his fault. I made a complaint and called the store to find out the rest of the order. After 4 calls and two hours of waiting, the store provided a courier to deliver the missing items and even offered a great ham pizza. This courier forgot the drink on the menu but promptly said he was going to the store to get it, meaning in total they made 3 deliveries to me. I only leave a positive review because they managed to resolve it and compensate by offering another pizza. Mistakes happen and as a customer I felt irritated but what is certain is that everything was resolved calmly and that is what matters. Thanks to the store manager in Loures (order made on 12/17/2023)
