It had never happened to me before, leaving a restaurant hungry! Terrible service! I've been to several places, where we understand the rush of the employees, here in this case, they were in a big rush to “kick us out”, only one of them was pleasant and this one then disappeared. We spent more than an hour waiting for a second dose of snails, they didn't even pay us any attention to explain what was going on there, they passed us like rockets and when it was time to pay they still charged us for what we didn't eat! I would be writing a book here if I reported all the experience we had today, but from the little described here, you can see that there is a lot to improve!
