I love the food but they were very rude when I called when I asked if they had a drive thru as I had never been there. Then the attendant responded to me in a rude manner, threatening to give me the number to the police for the same reason he had the private number, to avoid these accidents. I don't know if it was my childish voice (I'm 21 years old) or the person on the call was having a bad day, but this experience shocked me, I don't think I'll ever buy here again, I ask you to speak to your employees.

Today, May 7, 2024, I went to eat at LoureShopping's pizza hut when I was very well received by collaborator Carlos Fernandes who accompanied me to the table, when we sat at table 13, the table with the best view of the room, we saw that it was a pleasant atmosphere. clean and restored, spectacular background music, just 1 minute after I sat down, collaborator Bruna Pinheiro came to ask me what I wanted, I wasn't very hungry, I came to have a snack, the collaborator immediately recommended the promotion that was in effect, 1 average with half of each flavor priced at €9.95, I was immediately amazed and curious to try it. When the pizza arrived at the table, it looked incredible, ingredients spread evenly, the dough was delicious. After my second slice, collaborator Marcos Tavares came to the table and asked me in a super friendly way, if everything was ok, and if he was any help, what I thought of the pizza. I immediately responded excitedly that everything was perfect, from the service to the product, I loved it, when I finished I called the employee who was passing by the table to see what was for dessert, he then told me about a Chocolate cookie with a scoop of ice cream, My mouth was watering and I wanted to try it. 3 minutes later the cookie arrived and as the feedback couldn't be any different, I immediately said it was very good. After dessert I asked for the bill, paid and the employee Idrissa Jaló came with my invoice to ask if I knew GES, a kind of Exprience questionnaire for the customer, I immediately agreed to do it and gave it 5 stars. Regrettably not a very welcoming place. Staff not very friendly. Orders got mixed. Sloppy service at best. Reservation also not compliant with what was asked. Needs some improvement.
