Churrasqueira Ginha de Loures is the perfect example that there is no point in having quality food (although sometimes they oversalt the chicken) if the service is bad.Good food and good service have to go hand in hand, it is not possible to separate them.The customer has the right to take the barbecue to the location they want, and not at the location that suits the company.I'll explain: It's not good form to make comments under your breath when the customer asks for "SUPER well roasted", just as it's not nice to show the point, for the customer to say: "I'd like more roast" and everyone is left with a " tremendous heartburn, because work isn't going on, and the house is full of people waiting.If the house is full, speed up. Start baking earlier, create a bigger structure, now, showing a bad face, talking through your teeth, and showing dislike towards a request, no!!!!

It was a great experience, we were a group of 8 people without an appointment, and at short notice we received excellent service, with professional waiters, very attentive and friendly. Returning surely. I recommend.
