I have to highlight the friendliness of the staff but the food... At least the two "picanha" meals that came with picanha had nothing. Honestly, anyone who knows what picanha is will only make the mistake of going there once. It tasted like fish, I've literally eaten sardines with that flavor.
The starters were absurdly priced, €1.5 each mini croquette. I wonder if those who cook usually taste what they make. Great work by the staff, but poor choice for meal.

The service from the cashier is terrible, she looks at you with a contemptuous face and when she sees that you are Brazilian she doesn't even make a point of explaining what the dishes were like, really terrible service, unfortunately the employees don't work with badges so I can know the name of the person, but she is a very skinny, blonde girl.
Can't a person explain what a dish is for at the cashier then?
I went for lunch and the expensive cod and cornbread dish didn't even come with rice.

They try to provide good service, but the food is so sad that I felt sorry for having to complain to the Complaints Book. There was no person in charge in the store. They should rethink the cooked suckling pig they sell.

Today I went for lunch in Loures Shopping, at the respective restaurant (AUNT ALICE), it was a huge disappointment, in terms of service and food, poorly served dishes, half a dozen potatoes with a dish with 5 pieces of suckling pig and another with 3 pieces of suckling pig with half a dozen of potatoes and two spoons of rice, food completely cold, the suckling pig was not of the day (Sunday 28/Jan 24) the food really is not worth the price. I hated it

It's a shame, I've been a customer for over 20 years, Aunt Alice in Negrais, today I ordered 3 mustard steaks at CC Loures, 1 was just nervous, I couldn't eat it, I asked for an exchange, I was informed that it had already been cut and there was no room for an exchange. It almost seems like a joke. But unfortunately it was true they will lose 3 customers. Good luck.

Unfriendly staff and not educational at all. Spoke fluently in Portuguese and when asked if we want to sit in or on the esplanada and whether it makes a difference, the answer was no. Then we wanted to sit in and they rejected saying with prepaid order we can’t. Not evaluating the food!

Aunt Alice of the piglets who doesn't have a piglet. At a certain point, the piglet is finished. It's making fun of customers. The service is terrible.
