Quick lunch on a work day.
Tasteless food (fried cod and tomato rice).
As soon as it opened, it was greeted with antipathy when requesting a table to work a little during lunch.

When filling up my car at the Repsol pump in front of the fire department, close to a GNR station, I asked the employee to recommend a good restaurant in the area. She gave me the name of this restaurant and said, “the best in the region is Tertúlia do Gaivoto. I followed your advice and WUAUUUUU!!! A super welcoming space, well decorated, we were served with great care and attention, we quickly had starters and drinks on the table. After choosing the dishes, a short time later we were served and WUAUUUUU!!!! Again WUAUUUUU! Excellent presentation, homemade food, freshly prepared, delicious and in unusual quantities! In the end, the desserts were also worthy of lunch! Always attentive father and son serve all customers with great professionalism and politeness! Fair prices. Clean and spacious space. The best I've ever seen in this country! I didn't give more stars because there are only 5! I'll be back several times for sure. And I'm from far away! Seixal…WUAUUUUUU!!!

Typical restaurant, where good traditional Portuguese cuisine is king.It is a pleasant and welcoming space, equipped with the necessary equipment/functionalities for its operation. It has two roomsof similar size.Meat or fish dishes are served, full of flavor, where good Portuguese wine soothes the most refined palates. There are some good starters, which are served before the main course, which are tempting!

WoW! What a hidden gem! We were really surprised by variety and quality of the Portuguese food! The staff is so friendly. The portions are so generous! We had tuna and cod plates and black pork with home-made wine! The best meal ever! The appetizers are really delicious (tuna salade, octopus salade, chopped pork and bread). We had special local deserts as well. The chef came to see us and show us around! They told us that the ingredients come from farms around Alcanena and Serra de Santo Antonio. All the plates, desserts and wine for 4 people for 60 Euros! Unbelievable! It is a 6-star restaurant! Highly recommended for family gatherings, couples and young children (we went with our 9-months baby)!
Kid-friendliness: They brought us high chair for the baby right away!
Wheelchair accessibility: A single storey restaurant with ramps to enter the restaurant!
