We ordered 4 snacks, because a friend had told me about this burger place that it was very good, but my experience was terrible. In addition to waiting 1 hour for delivery, when the snack arrived to my surprise, 1 snack was missing, we called the hamburger, the man who served us was very rude and said that the problem was with the delivery man who should have eaten the snack, absurd in the end nothing was resolved. But I will definitely never order from this restaurant again.

Terrible service at a small group dinner.After waiting 30 minutes to sit down to order our starters and drinks, they were delivered, by mistake, to another table. Upon identifying the problem, I had to get up to report what had happened, which would not have been noticed by the service yet. After confirming the situation, they didn't have any sensitivity to come and clarify or apologize to the table and just decided on their own to redo the initial order (after about 20 minutes had already passed).When the burgers and potatoes are served, at the first bite, I see a long hair intertwined in the potatoes. Despite the minimum of minimums having been done - dish went back and a new one came - at no time was this serious problem treated as such, by any employee, management or kitchen.To top it off, my coffee was clearly spilled from another cup (mine was much shorter than the others and one of them had the mark as if it had been spilled from the cup).Situations like these are unpleasant, but likely to happen. However, in this case, they did not deal with the problems with due decency and common sense. No attention was paid to the account, not even by management.
