Probably one of the best seafood restaurants around Lisbon. Eat good seafood washed down with cold beer and finish with a piece of meat and egg. Superb!
Currently, in the elegant halls of Marisqueira O Relento in Algés, there he is, Jorge Rodrigues, the waiter who transcends the simplicity of service to turn it into a true art. With years of experience, Jorge is a true master of the craft, deserving of the title that surpasses any academic degree. Jorge, the "doctor" of refined tables, doesn't just serve exquisite dishes; he weaves gastronomic experiences with the artistry of a true connoisseur. His mastery in the art of serving goes beyond mere technique, reflecting sophistication and daring in every gesture. In the halls where conversations whisper amid glasses of wine, Jorge personifies elegance and competence. Moreover, Jorge is an excellent connoisseur of wines, a sommelier who turns each choice into a unique sensory experience. His advice on the perfect pairing of dishes and wines is as refined as his graceful movements between the tables. With a smile that brightens the rooms, Jorge has earned not only the loyalty of customers but also the respect and admiration of fellow professionals. He has elevated the act of serving to a spectacle, where each dish is a masterpiece, and each interaction is a harmonious dance between the waiter and the guest. Jorge has turned his profession into a true art, where hospitality becomes an expression of excellence. He is the maestro conducting a symphony of flavors and impeccable service. May Jorge's journey continue to be marked not only by the finest restaurants but also by the ongoing dedication to transforming each meal at Marisqueira O Relento into an unforgettable experience.
Changed my life. Highly recommend. Ask for Ugo! He suggested a few dishes, and wine. Kind professional and told us how the Portuguese order/ eat. Highly highly recommend!
Incredibly over priced......wont be returning. The food was not bad. However we ordered a certain amount of marisco and they pushed more..weighed more on the expensive items. Felt robbed...last time
Decided to check out the place I usually pass by on the way home. At most I must have spent 20 mins there. It was enough of time to make my clothes smell like I have been frying all day long I have been ripped of by paying 56 euros for 6 oysters, small beer and 5 shells I have been served drink that I never asked for Not sure if there’s anything to add Lovely place
(Translated by Google) I consider it a reasonable restaurant, however if you go there to eat picanha, I don't recommend it.The taste of the food in general was reasonable, however €10 for a mini-picanha skewer with rice and farofa is very expensive... ...The sangria was very good, sweet and with a hint of alcohol, with nothing bad to point out.The starters were also "meh", there was a small bowl of fried chicken, a Brazilian dog and garlic bread. We only ordered two desserts, one was red fruit cake. The cake was fresh and sweet, nothing bad to say about it.Each of the group paid around 22€, and we left there "hungry".I thought it was expensive for what we ate, compared to the rest of the restaurants in the area.Another big bad was the waiting time...

(Translated by Google) Very poor option for dinner, they only have a ready-made dish (jantinha) and the quantity leaves much to be desired, taking into account the cost, having only a 50g meat skewer and a rather weak side dish, not even having typical Brazilian black beans. Decent starters and the sangria is recommendable. Overall, I don't recommend it, as they don't present themselves as a valid solution for a normal meal.(Original)Opção muito fraca para jantar, apenas têm prato feito (jantinha) e a quantidade deixa muito a desejar, tendo em conta o custo, possuindo apenas uma espetada de 50g de carne e acompanhamento bastante fraco, nem sequer tendo feijão preto tipicamente brasileiro. Entradas decentes e a sangria é recomendável. No geral, não recomento, pois não se apresentam como uma solução válida para uma refeição normal.

We got there for a seafood feast, and we got a very decent one! We ordered a salad, small camaraos (white ones), and a sapateira. The sapateria was excellent: super fresh and delicious! The camaraos were good (perhaps a bit small) but very tasty. However, I need to say that the dessert really impressed me: I got there the best melon I have ever had in my life. The waiter told us that it was from a local producer to whom they buy melons every year. Do not miss it! For the food + 3 beers, we paid about 60 euros/pax. I was expecting just about 50 euros/pax, as we were not super full at the end of the lunch. However, I think this is a top choice for seafood in Oeiras/Lisbon area. Highly recommended!
