We were at this place today. The unmotivated, rude and annoyed service behind the counter is unacceptable. The ice cream is already overpriced and then there are unqualified staff. There are more pleasant ice cream parlors with delicious ice cream and nice staff.

We haven't been able to visit the Icecream Factory for the past two years. It was closed from December to March. This year the weather is so good that we have been there three times in the last three weeks. The ice cream is really fantastic!!! Due to the pricing you are basically forced to order 3 balls(1 ball €3.40, 2 = €5, 3 = €6)The price is justified because 3 scoops replace a full lunch. Just much tastier and much, much less healthy.I will be back tomorrow!

The ice cream is really nice for sure. But it is really over priced! If it were even 50ct cheaper for the scoop, we would have definitely enjoyed it more often during our week long stay at Luz. Just get an ice cream and walk along the beach!
