Great little restaurant with a pool and therapy centre. The food is very good, mostly healthy options, Buddha bowls, salads etc, but other options are on the menu.
Fantastic breakfast options, open toasts, breakfast bowls, even a Portuguese take on a full English.
Off the beaten track unless you're in one of the many nearby villa's or small hotels . It's always busy, so book if you want an outside table. Could use another waiter as the two serving each time we went are run ragged. (Still with a smile though)

Our new favourite destination when we visit Lagos! The whole family loved our visit to Kinoah.luz. The service was great, the food was amazing and we can't really to visor again to try other things on the menu! Visited today and had lunch which was amazing! Each of our party really enjoyed their food, I had the satay chicken and I'm tempted to go back tomorrow for it again before we leave Portugal! Best meal I've had this week. Plenty of choice for all dietry requirements too. It's a lovely spot too, shame it was a little windy as we hoped to use the pool, the water didnt feel too cold either but the breeze was chilly and having our baby with us we felt it may be too chill for him! Would be a fab place to go on a sunny warm day, amazing food, beautiful surroundings and the most fantastic massages from Heide!
Good quality food at reasonable prices. There are some unusual mouthwatering dishes to try. Nice outdoor seating.

This place was awesome for brunch! Great coffees, toasts and pancakes!! We went when it was raining, but I’m sure when it’s nice sitting by the pool is amazing!! We took our 7 and 8 year olds and they loved it, too!

Nice location with a large pool. We were there for breakfast. The food was very tasty. Unfortunately the pancakes are a bit small. Use of the pool and deck chairs can be booked if required.
