Restaurant was great, the swordfish was world class, I would definitely go there again. The waitress was also super nice and friendly, which is a rarity here.

A great little restaurant, seen on the airport and therefore on the planes taking off and landing.
Smiling and friendly waiters and delicious fish (black scabbardfish) I recommend for a short meal break in a pleasant setting.

The several times I've eaten at the restaurant, the food has always been good and tasty, the prices are reasonable and the view over the airport runway is excellent for watching the planes take off. Even if it's not for lunch or dinner, it's a very pleasant space with or alone, even if it's just to have a good coffee.

We ended up here by an unhappy occasion. Delayed flight forced us to stay one more day on Madeira and we choose a hotel close to the airport. The next restaurant was Franco's. What a hidden gem! Super friendly staff, delicious food and great local vibe! The best thing which happened to us on this miserable day!

We came here by chance, looking for a typical place to have dinner. The service was good and the ambience was appealing, in the typical island style. For dinner I had meat on a skewer. The taste was very good, but I have eaten much better when it comes to the quality of the meat.
