It is the second time we have had dinner at this restaurant since we have been on Pico Island (3 days).
We are impressed with the way they cook the octopus. They achieve a mix of flavor and texture that we are not used to. Also, the lulas (squid) are delicious. Without a doubt, it is one of the best options for eating fish.
Also noteworthy is the good treatment received from its waiters, always attentive. All this, in a spacious, simple but well-equipped place, located next to the natural pools of Madalena and with a good atmosphere.
Regarding the quantity-price ratio, quite acceptable.

I simply asked if I could have a coffee, to which the waitress ignored me and a very grumpy man came to say that they don't serve coffee and for us to go somewhere else, with an intimidating look and an unpleasant tone.

They do not comply with opening hours. We were 4 people for lunch at 2 and 3 pm as the timetable states that the kitchen will close at 3 pm. We were informed by the boss that we could no longer have lunch because the self-service was already limited and that they were not going to make any more food.... and yesssss, the boss doesn't show any sympathy.....and I also believe that I wasn't dressed well enough....

It's really a fantastic spot for dinner, but the view and sunset were not as good as the meal. They got the fish from the harbor, which is literally 25 meters away. Chef stands over a stone grill and cooks your fish while you watch. Food was so, so ? ? ?

Food was incredibly good, service was very nice and pleasant, everything went perfectly well and the deserts were delicious ?. The price is low compared to the quality of the meals. I recommend strongly!
Near the free pool, a nice buffet with ocean view. If you visit Pico, you must at least once try this place!

Fast and reliable. Unfortunately we had to wait about 40 minutes for drinks on the third day. In the evening there is a great view with sunset of Fajal

The food is correctly prepared, mostly tasty, but it feels like it was prepared a few hours ago. You must lease this. Otherwise, the ratio between food and what is obtained is excellent. Very good prices. For a couple of € over 20 you can eat until you're exhausted. Reasonable prices for drinks (beer, wine or other)... Large parking lot. Free of charge.
