Here now as I type, group of 9, from children up to grandparents - something for everyone - genuinely great atmosphere, lovely, lovely staff, barely a mouthful left on any plate - everybody happy and full.

We were here twice. Once to drink, once to eat. Best food on several islands in the Azores! Also for vegetarians. Very friendly staff. I can highly recommend! Tip: reserve a table for dinner.

Nice restaurant on the street. Always very well attended. We made reservations as a group - it worked great. All the dishes were very tasty and the wine was also good

We wanted to eat there and arrived at 11:00. According to the opening hours, it should have been open. A server came out of the restaurant and told us that it only opens at 12:00 and that we should come back then. We arrived at 12:03, and there was no place available because all the tables were already reserved. They could have told us that earlier!

Small and cozy restaurant right in the center of Madalena. We ordered the Doner Kebab with 1 serving of homemade fries which was perfect for two people. The potato portion is large and very crispy and seasoned. The kebabs were well filled with very tender and tasty meat with a choice of 2 sauces. The restaurant offers a cozy terrace where they are also served.
It is a good idea to make a reservation, as it is a very popular restaurant and is always full.

The food is good and has several vegetarian options. Nice decoration.

Vegetarian options: I ate vegetables and chickpeas with curry and rice, the dish was tasty, with touches of cilantro and very large.
