It takes some getting used to at the beginning because life on the island is simply different, but the staff is very hardworking and makes an effort. You can make food, it's just not a 5 star restaurant. But all in all very comfortable.
Very nice place. The Chef, very friendly, helpful and welcoming. I ate ribeye steak, that is, 2 good strip steaks, rare QB, tender and tasty, accompanied by good fries and a salad, different from what I'm used to eating but with very good flavors. I was served well outside of lunch time, 3pm, and there was no obstacle in preparing my meal.
Superb fusion cuisine by the chef of the establishment.Not everything is on the menu, if there aren't too many people, go talk to her and she will offer you an off-the-menu dish!Not to be missed if you come to Maddalena
