Absolute recommendation! The pasta was one of the best I've ever eaten. Very nice service and pleasant atmosphere.

Very delicious food and very friendly service. The only downside is that they take a long time to serve, but then they bring it all together, and in my opinion it is worth the wait. The food is out of the ordinary in the Azores and they have a great variety of wines and knowledge about them, and that is appreciated when you have been going to 'beach' restaurants for several days with delicious fish, but simple preparations.

A very pleasant space. I'm a frequent customer and I like it more and more each time. Fair prices, taking into account the quality of the products and the excellent service. The music is undoubtedly the icing on the cake. The decoration of the space is of unparalleled good taste, creating an intimate and welcoming environment. I highly recommend it.

A lot of ill will. A place that wants tapas and wine has an obligation to serve better. There were several dishes off the menu that were transmitted by those who served at the table, but who seemed very uncomfortable having to repeat themselves for the entire table (of 12 people) to hear. Little patience to wait for the decision. Too expensive for the quality of what was served. Unforgivable for those who call themselves a wine store and make wine their image: they don't know how to store red wines at the right temperature. And VERY unwillingness to welcome children, even though we had booked and expressly informed them that we were taking children. I understand that it was a very busy high season and that there is already a lot of tiredness accumulated, but I had never been served so poorly in Pico.
Warning: There is no wine list. The sommelier recommends wines and if you make the mistake of not asking the price, you will be surprised at the bill
A bowl of pasta with mushroom sauce for €18 is also a hefty price
Ambiance is good, everything is lovingly decorated

Restaurantji Recommends
Probably the best restaurant in Madalena. The meal was excellent. The service was super nice and the atmosphere was great. Good music from the 80s/90s

Nice place to go for drinks and small plates if you don't feel like going for a full service restaurant.

I would only recommend this place to people who are also extreme wine connoisseurs. 9 euros for 1 small glass of wine and 32.50 euros for pasta with seafood (3 small mussels and 4 prawns) that's a ripoff, even if it tasted good. Never order wine again without a drinks menu. I felt ripped off as a stupid tourist.
