Poor service, for a moment it seemed like they were doing us a favor by serving food that was nothing special, spicy octopus rice (for those who don't like spicy, it's worth noting) some lack of drinks. Certainly not to return.

We waited for him to take our order for 20 minutes (with a small child screaming from hunger) then finally he brought a menu, we looked at it and when we said what we wanted he said yes yes and left while I was giving the order ???not a glass of water after 30 minutes of waiting, this in the conditions where there was only a table on the terrace. Then when we left, he offended us?. The worst experience and the most despicable service. Hire staff if needed ??. Horrible!!! I don't recommend. At one table outside and 2 inside they were already messed up. Shame on you for choosing to behave like this with your customers and not give respect like you want to receive! !???Shame!!!

Very good experience in Mafra.Several typically Madeiran dishes, we had the kebab and it was excellent, juicy and rare, with its usual sauce. Accompany with fried corn, salad and fries. We also ordered the bolo de caco, very good!We saw limpets pass by, which looked great, but will have to wait until next time.

Doesn't look big, for Sundays make reservations. Owner is Madeiran and their specialty is the skewer meat typical of Madeira and as good as you get in Madeira. They also have many other specials. Enjoy.

In that place I had one of the worst experiences here in Portugal.I went to this restaurant with my family on the recommendation of someone who lives in Mafra and is a customer there.When I arrived at the restaurant it was a little crowded but there were no queues, if I'm not mistaken it was a Friday lunch time. I went to the door and waited for him to come and talk to me which didn't happen, I asked a waiter if I could prepare a table for 3 people outside the restaurant, he said yes and that I could choose and he would come and serve. We sat at one of the tables and there were some dishes to be cleared and the table to be cleaned. During this time, another couple sat at another table and were soon served by a waitress. When she got closer I looked at her and asked her to attend to me and my family. It had been some time since we arrived there. She, with the greatest inelegance in the world, said that I had to wait and said that I chose a dirty table and I had to wait for the table to be cleaned before sitting down. He said this in a totally aggressive and stupid way without the slightest need. I got up and asked her to call the manager and that was when I had the incredible surprise that she was the manager. When I questioned the way she was talking to me and my family, the super rude lady started to raise her voice and I decided that I wouldn't eat there. She even ended by saying that we could leave, we were rude and almost shouting. All in all, a terrible experience, and a warning to the owner of this restaurant that you better choose your employees better and prepare them in a kind and attentive way and not with impatience and lack of politeness.
