I ordered a tbone from the meat spot, and soon regretted it because I realized that the staff didn't seem to notice a damn thing about the meat spot. We arrived at 1:00 pm, ordered the dish at approximately 1:07 pm and in the end my dish only arrived at 1:42 pm. Normally I don't care about this but I had to go back to work at 2pm, so I was in a bit of a rush. The meat came one point below medium rare, the point we call blue (when the meat is just sealed). I don't even have a problem eating meat at this point, but for Tbone it's a better point for evil. I had to ask them to cook the meat more, which in some parts was medium, and in others well done. It wasn't exactly bad, certainly for the price it wasn't good (at Butcher you would pay less and eat MUCH better). The meat had a bitter burnt flavor, the side dishes were good. But what I found ridiculous, pathetic and very unprofessional was the attitude of the attendant, my Brazilian compatriot who shamed our people. I went to criticize (in a very respectful way) not even in relation to the food, but in relation to the too long waiting time, with many people who arrived later receiving their dish much earlier. The unfortunate woman simply turned her back and said nothing. So you miner with glasses, if you are reading this, know that I wish only bad things for you, that you never get a better job, and that all your dreams and ambitions fail, because if you are not even fit to be a waitress decent, you certainly do not deserve or have the capacity to perform a more prestigious role.
