Calm and relaxed environment. The only thing missing is table service, 3 waiters behind the counter with 7 or 8 tables does not justify not having table service, otherwise pleasant decor and friendly staff

Warm and delicious bread, discreet and welcoming place. Terrible service, little friendliness, sometimes they don't even say "good morning" to the customer.
